Because we offer consumable hemp-based products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or there’s a mix-up, don’t stress—we’ve got you. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your package.
Email info@puffsbykoala.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product and packaging
  • A description of the issue

We’ll review your case and do our best to make it right.

Missing Items

If something’s missing from your order, notify us within 7 days of receiving it. We'll investigate and, if applicable, send a replacement item at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or offer refunds on:

  • Opened or used products
  • Items returned without prior approval
  • Orders outside the 7-day window
